Yes! Of Course! We offer a one-time exchange facility wherein you can raise a Color/size exchange request for a product (just once) and we will replace it for you*. You can also exchange your product with any other product* There are certain limitations to exchange.

- Size Exchange can be availed only once on a product in an order

- Exchange for bundled products is not allowed.

Our exchange service is absolutely free of cost.
- Please make sure that product is returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Exchanged product shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the returned product(s).
- Please note that any product along with a free gift/combo must be returned in its entirety.

How do I exchange a product with another product?
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, instead of returning the product, you can exchange it with a different product also. All you need to do is follow the below mentioned steps and get your product exchanged.
- Give us a call on "+91-22 4341 9500 from your number if you’d like to exchange your product with any other product.
- Our Customer care representative will give you a call within 24 hours to proceed with your exchange request.
- In the meantime, you can select the product/s you would like to order, from wide range of products available on our website. Please make sure that the new product you have selected must be returnable and exchangeable.
- When our customer care executive will call you, please share the details of the new product (name, SKU) you would like to order. You will find the SKU Code of Product in “Product Info & Care/Product Description”.
What is the exchange process & how soon can I expect the exchanged product?
Below is our elaborate exchange process.
Step 1: Product Pick Up
Our field executive will pick up the return product from your address within 5 days of your raising a request. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Step 2: Product Quality Check
Once the product reaches our warehouse (usually within 7 days) a quality check will be performed (within 2 days).
Step 3: New Product Dispatch
The new order shall be dispatched within 48 hours post a successful product inspection of the returned product(s). We shall also keep you updated via Email and SMS.
How do I exchange a Product with another Size?
- Online Exchange is available only for Exchange on Size. If you wish to exchange your product with another product, we request you to give us a call on +91-22 4341 9500 and our customer care executive will get in touch with you to place your exchange order.
- Once you have raised an exchange request, you will receive an email confirmation on your registered email ID and SMS containing timelines of pickup and delivery. In case of a pickup, our logistics partner may send you SMS intimating about the same.
Can I cancel the exchange?
Please understand that exchange order is treated as a new order, which can be cancelled by using the online cancellation facility on our website (currently only on desktop version). Please visit our FAQ on 'How can I cancel my order'.
Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?
We are delighted to inform you that now you can buy any number of items in exchange for a single product provided the new products you have selected must be returnable and exchangeable. We recommend that you choose products such that the final price of exchanged products is equal to or more than the price of returned item. You can pay the difference amount through Cash on Delivery mode.

Any hidden charges for exchange I should know about?
Our exchange service is absolutely free of charge.
Moreover, we would like to inform you that while placing an exchange order with another product, you can pay the difference amount via Cash on Delivery payment mode when the price of exchanged goods is more than the price of returned goods. However, the difference amount will be forfeited when the price of exchanged goods will be less than the price of returned goods.

Is exchange available in my area?
At the moment, exchange is operational in those areas, where our logistics team can arrange for a pick-up. However, we are constantly working towards including more pin codes to our exchange serviceable areas.
