Every Smile Counts

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are guided by our strong belief in the philosophy of 'Every Smile Counts'. Our CSR committee was constituted to propel the idea of integrated community development by giving an honest attempt to bring about a small change. Through our wide-ranging CSR policies which focus on developing sustainable infrastructure to provide basic necessities like water, healthcare & sanitation, education, women empowerment and environmental protection we aim to improve the quality of life of the people living in the communities near our manufacturing facilities.

In rural India, schools are not necessarily seen as nurturing pods by the students. Our job is to change the way these children see their classrooms.

Women Empowerment

A large chunk of women in India are still bound by myriad forms social taboos, norms and customs. Therefore, there is a need to for women to be financially independent and less prone to falling prey to life's circumstances.

  • Started skill development and trained women to become employable with skills like sewing.

Water & Sanitation

In rural India, there is a high risk of microbial contamination of water which causes water-borne diseases, especially in children and the state of sanitation is also abysmal.

What have we done?

  • Partnered with local town and village Gram Panchayats to develop sanitation programs that address the unique needs of each community
  • Worked towards providing safe drinking water

The Environment

From air to water, we make certain that everything is properly treated to ensure no harmful substances leave our manufacturing plants and cause harm to the world we live in.
